I’ve seen some strange things in the woods. Not long ago it was the Pink Panther up a pine tree. Before that it was Jellystone park, home of Yogi Bear. Now it’s Sponge Bob! I can’t for the life of me, figure out how anyone thought SpongeBob SquarePants was a good idea for a cartoon character. I also can’t figure out how they were right! That’s why I’m just a dirt forester.

SpongeBob says, “say hello to my little friend!”
What’s next, Bullwinkle, Foghorn Leghorn or Barney the Purple Dinosaur? Lord, I hope it’s not Barney. Oh no, now that song is playing in my head!

Bliss, “That looks evil!”
Tasha, “I’ll get the big one. You get the little one!”
Tim,
Thanks for the chuckle. Sometimes, we just have to laugh and keep on going. At least it wasn’t an inflatable, spread on the ground and waiting to be plugged in, when electricity was no where to be found.

It makes me laugh whenever I come across this sort of thing. Then I just scratch my head.

That is some funny stuff!
I truly think the creators of cartoons like this are fully stoned! 😍

That’s the most plausible explanation I’ve heard.

I can understand Jellystone Park, but Sponge Bob just looks like junk in the beautiful forest, to me.

SpongeBob looks like junk on the TV too. I suspect some kids accidently left these behind when they were out with their parents during hunting season. Then the loggers stapled them to this log, because it amused them. They were right next to the loggers fuel trailer.

And…how old are those loggers?

The one’s that likely did were probably in their 20’s to 30’s. Perhaps, they put them out for the owners to easily find if they come looking.

Okay, that’s an idea. I was just joking around.

I know what you mean. It’s kind of funny that grown men did it. I’m always trying figure out these mysteries, but sometimes it is what it is.

That’s really funny. It looks like they still have tags on them and are new.

I’m guessing that kids accidently left them behind, or they left them like someone would leave an unwanted pet in the woods. Then the loggers got a hold of them!

Boy I guess. You don’t get much more different than SpongeBob in the woods.

The things I find in the woods is often soooo entertaining. I can never predict what the next whacky thing will be. Your right Teresa, I have nothing to fear with my very fierce guard dogs. If some angry pheasant came after me, they’d take him right down!

Hey, I think someone is pulling your leg out there. My kids watched sponge Bob, but they liked Rug rats better though. I never could get the fascination with Barney though. I’m glad you have your dogs to protect you from those strange and dangerous stuffed cartoon characters. LOL

Bears and mountain lions, I’m not so sure about. Stuffed toys…they’ll pull the stuffing out of them!
