CAUTION Proceed At Own Risk Road Not Maintained During Winter
I don’t think Winter is the problem around here. Maybe we should delete “Road Not Maintained During Winter”, and replace it with something else. Any suggestions? I would love to hear them.
On a side note, it rained here today! No new fires, yay! (Wait, is that a Haiku?)

Delete “During Winter.” It rained here also which is good news for the last dredges of the Ventura fire.

We came home Saturday evening to fire trucks, helicopter, air tankers and highway patrol at the end of our road. They kept the fire small, but our power was out all night.

This sign is just as ridiculous as the one I saw in our area saying “caution, holes in the road”. Why don’t they just fix the roads?
