No! We’ve never had fiddleheads. 😀 There seems to be so much other tasty things to eat that aren’t remotely dangerous (like ramps!). 🙂

I was in Japan a few years back and my home-stay ‘mother’ went foraging with her friends several times when I was there. We had two types of fiddle heads I recall they tasted quite nice, but can’t quite remember how she served them.

I’ve never cooked them. I wonder if anyone out there has a recommendation on how to fix them. I’d blog about it if we did.
